Netiquette refers to your Internet etiquette, or the way you behave online and on social media. Because the majority of online communication is completely non-verbal, you cannot see or use facial expressions or tone of voice to back what you are typing.

The �鶹ҹ�� Spring 2019 semester is underway and by now you should be aware of whether your course will require proctored exams and which service you’ll be asked to use.

Among the top skills online students need to be successful are strong written communication skills.
