Federal Grants (Pell & SEOG) will post to your student account no earlier than 10 days prior to the beginning of classes.
Louisiana TOPS will post to your student account in the middle of the semester, by late October for the fall semester, and late March for the spring semester.
Direct Stafford Student Loan disbursements for continuing borrowers will post to your student account by the first day of class if the funds were received within the appropriate time frame to be processed. You must have accepted your awards, and if you are a first-time borrower, you must complete entrance counseling and sign a master promissory note. An email notification will be sent to your University email address to sign the promissory note.
Refunds
If your semester funds are more than your semester charges, you can receive a refund. Depending on your preference, a check will be mailed or you can set up direct deposit through the Student Cashier Center. We encourage you to utilize direct deposit for any University refunds.
