Understanding your Transfer Evaluation:

  • Direct Equivalency
    • Your transfer course is equivalent to a specific Â鶹ҹÊÐ course and is assigned the corresponding Â鶹ҹÊÐ course subject and number.
      • ENGL 1010 Rhetoric and Composition = ENGL 101 English Composition I

  • Elective Equivalency
    • Discipline Specific - Your transfer course does not have a direct equivalency, but Â鶹ҹÊÐ offers an equivalent discipline. The course equivalency assigned is the course subject within the discipline and a number identifying the level of the course followed by xx.
      • ENG 216 Persuasive Writing on Public Issues = ENGL 2xx Persuasive Writing on Public Issues
    • General Elective - Your transfer course does not have a direct equivalency and Â鶹ҹÊÐ does not offer an equivalent discipline. The course equivalency assigned is the course subject ELEC and a number identifying the level of the course followed by xx.
      • CMGT 121 Construction Material and Methods = ELEC 1xx Construction Material and Methods

Degree Applicability:

Degree applicability is how your transferred course applies to the completion of your degree. The where your major resides will determine your transferred course degree applicability.
