Peer Advising

A Peer Advisor serves as an additional unit of academic support for freshman and sophomore students in the Academic Success Center at the Â鶹ҹÊÐ.

Peer advisors can help you with:

  • Picking classes
  • Finding information on academic policies and procedures
  • Your registration needs, general education courses, and waitlist procedures
  • Finding campus resources

They also provide advising based on their experiences as students at the University. Peer advisors hold drop-in and appointment hours. In addition to their advising duties, peer advisors may hold various on campus advising events.
